Merry Christmas everybody!

It's here! My time is here and I could not be more excited!

Today I am discharging for the OCDI. Today I am realizing all that I have worked for, all that I've suffered for my entire life. I've never been symptom free. My whole life I've had OCD, and I've lived with constant anxiety and numbers and fear. But no more! I would say that I'm 90% symptom free, and I can finally be a normal teenager!

The best thing is realizing that my life is now beginning. I can finally make it through work and school. I can finally live on my own. I can finally make it through walking down the street. I can finally make it through anything I want. I've faced hell for eleven weeks, and I have come out on top.

I would never wish OCD on anyone, even my most hated enemy. Living this life I've realized what true psychological suffering is, and I've conquered it. Through this experience I've realized just how strong the human will is. If I want something then, dammit, I can get it! I'm ready to take over the fucking world!

This place has changed my life, and I will forever be grateful and proud that I've made it through. I've met so many people who understand what I've been through, and who have supported me no matter what. These people are going to accomplish so much, and I have so much faith in what they can do. If I made it then so can they!

So off I go, on my journey to a regular life!

The ultrasound found everything to be normal so I'm pretty much done with the screening part of things. Now its time to just sit back and enjoy being a preggosaur as i grow huge! I'm probably going to start looking into some form of exercise, like yoga or swimming or something soon. Its just finding the time and transportation. We'll see what happens!

Tomorrow is the big day!! I'm going in at 10:15 tomorrow morning with Matt to have the ultrasound to find out whether its a boy or girl!! I'm so excited!! IIts going to be even more difficult to not go into stores and buy things not that I'll know the gender!! I already have a ton of green and yellow oncsies hahaha!!

So far the old wives tale about swinging a needle (or cross necklace) over your palm said i was having a boy first then a girl. I also had a dream a few years back where i saw the babys face and it was a boy.


Who wants to guess what it will be?! I love hearing people's guesses!

I hope Everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year and since I'm posting early I will be on vaction so no computer untill next year. Also don't let the Reccssion get you down just remember that it's being there with someone you love that is the best gift that keeps on giving.

I haven't had grades like this is ages. I guess this is what happens when I give a damn and get my shit together. Now if I can get grades like this next semester I'll be walking across the stage in May =)

Looks like I'll be too busy to go to any conventions before classes end in the spring. Which would mean Animazement in Raleigh during Memorial Day weekend, unless I get a summer internship out-of-state that starts before then. I really want to go to Anime North in Toronto, but it's also Memorial Day weekend. In fact, they're both always on Memorial Day weekend, so I can't go to both.

Which one I go to would affect what cosplay I make and bring. I'd rather not take anything too big or with lots of props on an airplane. Airplane tickets from RDU to there are a little pricey for my tastes, plus there's luggage fees. I did a lot of research on other large conventions in Canada (i.e. Otakuthon in Montreal, Anime Evolution in Vancouver, Animethon in Edmonton, Otafest in Calgary, Ai-Kon in Winnipeg). Most of those are about the size of Animazement, but Anime North is the biggest by a factor of 3; it's one of the largest in North America, around the size of Anime Weekend Atlanta, Anime Central (in Chicago) and Anime Boston. If I'm going all the way up there, might as well maximize the opportunity.

I've decided not to go to Anime South this year. I really don't want to travel all that way alone and stuff so I have other plans for the weekend. Now I'm working on stuff for the next year. I have SO much stuff in the works right now that I'm going to have plenty to debut at Katsucon/ Megacon.

In other news...

This is my last week of class for the year! Yay! Then I can get back to cosplay stuff hardcore again. I'm so proud of what I've accomplished already and what is to come for the upcoming year. I've got some things planned that people will probably expect and others that might surprise everyone. No hints, no previews, just going to do it.

I've updated the majority of my cosplay related sites, still have a bit more to go. Still working on my personal website with help from a friend of mine. I'm learning and experimenting with Flash now and I'm really excited about it. I have so many wonderful, innovative ideas to incorporate! Hopefully, if all goes well, I'll get to launch my site for New Year's! How cool will that be? ^__^

BTW- How many of you guys are either going to Katsucon, Megacon, or both? And what are you taking with you? Unless of course you're keeping it a secret! :3 Also, I *might* be driving so if anyone wants to carpool let me know!

I would really love to do a BlazBlue group for a con. Maybe ConnectiCon? I think there's already so much going on for AB, and I think more people go to CTCon than PortCon.

I would also really like to do a Final Fantasy XIII group, with the game finally coming out. I love the character designs for Serah and Lebreau.

Also, here is my never ending, always changing list of potential costumes. I like to keep this list for when plans change or come up, or if a group idea is needed. I am crazy.
